Amal Khalid Deafulla is a chemical engineer at the Water business of ACCIONA in Qatar. She dreamed of becoming a process controller and practicing as an engineer—but had to overcome numerous professional and cultural hurdles to make it happen.
Christian Balic is ACCIONA’s Substructures and Land Manager in the Philippines. His role has allowed him to fulfil a long-held dream: to build an international career while contributing to society.
