It has also been awarded the Top Employers North America seal, which recognizes it as one of the best employers on the continent.

The Top Employers 2026 certification, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, is one of the most demanding and prestigious in the world in the field of corporate people management and sets a benchmark for the recognition of best practices in human resources.
To obtain this accreditation, organizations are evaluated using the HR Best Practices Survey, which analyzes aspects related to twenty topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training, employee well-being initiatives, and diversity and inclusion, among others.
The results highlight ACCIONA’s continued focus on internal talent development, including areas such as performance, career development, and learning.
The company also continues to lead in areas such as sustainability, inclusion, and accessibility.
ACCIONA obtained the Top Employer Spain certificate for the first time in 2021 and has since added new countries to this recognition, which underscores its leadership in human resources management.
The management of the company's 68,000 professionals is based on a global plan called PEOPLE, which aims to put people at the center of its strategy.
PEOPLE has become a key framework for employees, with its first strategic principle focused on investing in people to attract, include and empower the best diverse talent.
