ACCIONA has retained its Top Employer certification in Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, the United States, Canada, Chile, South Africa, Peru, the Philippines, Qatar and Portugal. The Top Employers 2026 certification, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, is one of the most demanding and prestigious in the world in the field of corporate people management and sets a benchmark for the recognition of best practices in human resources.

To obtain this accreditation, organizations are evaluated using the HR Best Practices Survey, which analyzes aspects related to twenty topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training, employee well-being initiatives, and diversity and inclusion, among others.

The results highlight ACCIONA’s continued focus on internal talent development, including areas such as performance, career development, and learning.

The company also continues to lead in areas such as sustainability, inclusion, and accessibility.

ACCIONA obtained the Top Employer Spain certificate for the first time in 2021 and has since added new countries to this recognition, which underscores its leadership in human resources management.
