The CNH Industrial Group has selected ACCIONA Service for the cleaning of its factories in Spain, located in Madrid and Valladolid, where it produces Iveco vehicles. The two-year contract also includes the cleaning of the company’s offices, the industrial cleaning of the plants and the technical cleaning of the production lines (e.g. paint shops, furnaces, etc.).

ACCIONA Service’s proposition was designed together with CNH Industrial with the aim of planning the cleaning activities and improving the efficiency of the processes. The technological tools for the management and monitoring of the services, such as in-depth knowledge of the sector and certifications for excellence and service quality, have been a key factor in the choice of ACCIONA Service as the overall provider of cleaning services for CHN Industrial’s plants in Spain.

The CNH Industrial plants in Valladolid and Madrid are the first of the group’s 64 facilities to use the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) system to make periodic audits of all its factories. The Madrid plant specializes in the production of heavy trucks under the Iveco Stralis and Trakker brands and is the only one in the sector in Spain manufacturing this type of vehicle. The Valladolid plant produces the Iveco Daily van in the motor cabin fitted with a chassis version.

Through this contract, ACCIONA Service consolidates its benchmark position as an end-to-end service manager in the automotive sector. It has a track record of more than 30 contracts in 10 countries with the main automotive manufacturers, notably Citroën, Ford, General Motors, Nissan, Renault and Seat.
