  • The two entities have signed the ‘Inserta Agreement’ for the third time

Today in Madrid, ACCIONA Vice-president Juan Ignacio Entrecanales the Executive Vice-president of Fundación ONCE, Alberto Durán, renewed the Inserta Agreement (Convenio Inserta)they previously signed in 2007 and 2012.  On this occasion, it will mean recruiting 150 people over the next four years, totaling 500 hires from the start of the project.

The agreement comes under the Youth Employment and Social Economy (POEJ) and Social Inclusion and Social Economy (POISES) program that Fundación ONCE is carrying out through Inserta Empleo, co-funded by the European Social Fund, aimed at increasing the training and employment of persons with disabilities.

ACCIONA will continue to work with Inserta Empleo, the training and employment part of Fundación ONCE, to cover new posts in the company, pre-selecting the candidates that best fit job profiles and providing training that will enable them to carry out the tasks involved.

The agreement also envisages other actions to help the insertion of persons with disabilities into the labor market indirectly, through the procurement of goods and the contracting of services to special employment centers.
