ACCIONA has been added to the Euronext Vigeo: Eurozone 120 index, which ranks the 120 companies with the best environmental, social and corporate governance performance in the Eurozone.

Each company featured on the index undergoes a 360º analysis, which considers 38 general sustainability parameters. This criteria is divided into specific performance indicators for every sector, adding up to a maximum of 330.

The scores, which are reviewed every six months, contemplate how each company stands out in the adoption of sustainable measures, as well as their consistency and the results obtained. 

In the case of ACCIONA, 93% of investments and 83% of the company's EBITDA are in line with the European taxonomy of activities contributing to decarbonization.

The company's involvement in this index follows other recent acknowledgements in terms of sustainable management, such as its recent inclusion in the Ethibel Sustainability Index Excellence Europe, the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations, FTSE4Good, CDP Climate A List and MSCI ESG, among others.
