ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2021 in Spain certification, which endorses the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management. This certification, awarded by Top Employers Institute, is one of the most demanding and prestigious worldwide in the field of corporate people management.

To qualify for this accreditation, organizations are evaluated through the HR Best Practices Survey, which analyzes topics such as the firm’s people strategy, work environment, talent attraction, training, promotion of employee well-being, and diversity and inclusion, among others.

ACCIONA has obtained the Top Employer 2021 in Spain distinction for its Human Resources (HR) management which promotes the values of respect, equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, gender balance, merit and continuous communication.

In its evaluation, ACCIONA stood out for its differential values as a company - ethics, integrity and sustainability - as well as in aspects linked to business strategy and people management, training and creating an attractive employer brand.

ACCIONA's HR policies are structured around the company’s People program, which focuses on investing in people to attract and retain talent.  "Being Top Employer is a reflection of our comprehensive people management strategy, designed to bring value to our employees and other stakeholders through initiatives that prioritize four pillars: recognition, diversity and inclusion, environment and leadership," says Carlos Anta, ACCIONA's head of Organization, Talent and Health.

"Despite the challenging year we have experienced, which has had a major impact on organizations around the world, ACCIONA has consistently demonstrated the value of putting its employees at the center of its operations," says David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute.
