ACCIONA, through its Facility Services division, will be present at Rail Live 2025, the major international railway industry event taking place from November 26 to 28 at IFEMA Madrid. This annual gathering has become the epicenter of innovation, sustainability, and technology in the rail sector, bringing together key industry players — operators, manufacturers, public authorities, engineering firms, startups, and suppliers — to discuss the future of railway and urban transport.

This year’s edition is expected to host over 300 exhibitors, 200 speakers, and around 10,000 professional visitors from more than 75 countries, confirming its position as a benchmark event not only in Europe but also worldwide.

Our participation will also feature a key moment on Friday, November 28, when Maximiliano Ades, Director of ACCIONA’s Facility Services Division, will deliver the presentation “Enhancing the Passenger Experience Through High-Quality Services in Urban Rail”, from 11:00 to 11:20 a.m. at Track 2 (Hall 10, IFEMA). During his talk, he will discuss how high-quality services — from maintenance and cleaning to customer care and station management — are essential to achieving a more comfortable, safe, and efficient urban rail transport system focused on passenger needs.
