  • The Good Labor Practices Competition, organized annually by Peru’s Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE), honors companies that go beyond regulatory requirements to promote benefits and working conditions that support human capital development and foster positive, safe, and inclusive work environments

ACCIONA has been recognized by Peru’s Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) in its 2025 Good Labor Practices Competition for its commitment to people and equal opportunities.

This award highlights companies that offer benefits and working conditions that exceed legal requirements, fostering the development of human capital and supporting inclusive and healthy work environments.

The competition features a range of categories, including the application of technology and artificial intelligence to optimize working conditions; strengthening human capital through continuous training; promoting equal opportunities between men and women; inclusion of people with disabilities; occupational risk prevention and mental health promotion; prevention of workplace and sexual harassment; promotion and respect for freedom of association; and efficient management of remuneration, benefits, and worker support channels, among others.

DOUBLE RECOGNITION

This year, ACCIONA was honored in two of these categories: for promoting equal opportunities between men and women, and for supporting freedom of association and providing effective worker support channels.
