- The initiative seeks to attract young talent and regenerate critical trades such as mechatronics engineers, draftsmen, quality technicians or surveyors
ACCIONA has announced more than 250 professional internship vacancies aimed at Vocational Training (FP) students across 26 provinces throughout Spain.
The company is launching this initiative at a pivotal moment for generational renewal and the transformation of the infrastructure sector, aimed at attracting talent and revitalizing critical trades such as mechatronics, electromechanics, drafters, quality technicians, surveyors, water sector specialists, IT professionals, and green trades such as gardeners, landscapers, and forest managers.
These highly specialized technical profiles face structural shortages in the labor market, despite being essential for the functioning of infrastructure, urban services, mobility, energy, and water management.
Through this initiative, ACCIONA seeks to support these young people at the start of a structured professional journey: with expert mentors, internships in real work environments, and a clear progression toward positions of greater responsibility, including supervision, technical leadership, or site management roles.
Interested parties can view and apply for the vacancies here, which will be active throughout February. The internships will begin between March and April 2026.
