The IDAM in Ibiza (Vila) is a seawater desalination plant that uses reverse osmosis, with a production capacity of 12,000 m³/day and a population served of approximately 38,977 inhabitants.

The facility forms part of Ibiza’s island-wide desalinated water supply system, alongside the plants at Santa Eulària and Sant Antoni, which together have a capacity of 44,500 m³/day and are connected via a distribution network of approximately 74 km. The plant is owned by ABAQUA, whilst ACCIONA and Aqualia are responsible for its operation, maintenance and upkeep, including the management of part of the interconnection infrastructure between the three desalination plants.
