Second "zero emissions" project to be implemented in Spain.

The Business Incubator Centre project falls under the scope of the 2010 FEIL (Fondo Estatal de Inversión Local or State Fund for Local Investments) which is designated for projects aimed at encouraging new technology and sustainability.

The building consists of 2,727 m2 of surface area and 2,309 m2 of net floor area, divided into a basement parking garage, first floor common space (reception desk, management offices, restrooms and multi-purpose room) and offices for the business incubator distributed across floors 1, 2, and 3 in an L shape around a central atrium.

ACCIONA provided all electrical work for the building, including installation of photovoltaic panels on the front of the building and feeding of energy into the grid. We also provided HVAC work, communications, plumbing, and fire protection.
