Pablo Fernández Rodero is a Deputy Project Director for ACCIONA in the United States. Engineering is in his blood; having built a long-standing career in international infrastructure projects, he now applies the work ethic and philosophy he inherited from his father every single day.

Leticia de Oliveira França is a Project Coordinator on ACCIONA’s Ontario Line in Canada. She wanted to learn, try out different roles linked to major infrastructure projects and work abroad. The iXPA programme made all of that possible. 

Borja Franco Moreu is Head of Business Development for Concessions at ACCIONA. Alongside his colleagues, he is responsible for securing some of the company’s largest projects. In his spare time, he also takes part in the occasional triathlon.

Andreu Hernández Roset is a technical support specialist at ACCIONA Energía in the US. A lover of machines, electricity and the natural world, he has found a way to bring all three together through his work on wind farms.

Amal Khalid Deafulla is a chemical engineer at ACCIONA Agua in Qatar. She dreamed of becoming a process controller and practicing as an engineer—but had to overcome numerous professional and cultural hurdles to make it happen.
