ATTRACTIVE HUB
ACCIONA's real estate division and pan-European real estate investment manager Tristan Capital Partners' EPISO 5 fund formed a joint venture to develop more than 30,000m2 of office space in Barcelona's 22@ district, with an investment of more than €100 million.
The Selva de Mar Business Campus is located in 125 Selva de Mar Street, north of Avenida Diagonal, with a metro station nearby.
ACCIONA and Tristan were pioneers in the 22@ district, which represents 21% of the total office space on offer in Barcelona, as the epicenter of business development in the city and the most important technology and innovation hub in southern Europe. With the presence of more than 12,000 companies, it continues to be the preferred choice for large technology companies due to its location and attractive international image.
