  • IMPACT: The group’s fiscal contribution was 3.4 times greater than its attributable net profit of €803M

The ACCIONA group’s total tax contribution in 2025 to all public administrations in the countries where it operates amounted to over €2.7 billion (8% more than the previous year), of which almost €1.17 billion were input taxes, those borne directly by the company, and €1.54 billion were collected taxes, paid by the company to public administrations on behalf of third parties. This figure indicates that the group’s total tax contribution was 3.4 times greater than its attributable net profit for 2025 (€803 million).

Spain accounted for 38.7% of the total (€1.05 billion), with input taxes (€571 million) representing 55% of the tax contribution in Spain. The company contributed 23% of its total revenue in the country (€4.55 billion) to the various Spanish authorities.

The remainder corresponds to the more than 40 countries where the group operates, with significant contributions in Australia (€409 million), Germany (€197 million), Chile (€143 million), France (€113 million), and the US (€104 million).

Overall, in 2025 ACCIONA generated a social cash flow (a metric that measures the total economic value a company distributes to society and its stakeholders) of €23.34 billion. Payments to suppliers totaled €14.31 billion (61% of the distributed economic value); payments to employees reached €2.39 billion; taxes exceeded €2.7 billion; investments accounted for another €2.25 billion; and €288 million were allocated to shareholder remuneration.
