ACCIONA Energía’s Energy Services division has launched an AI-powered commercial assistant on its Solutions website. The tool delivers an enhanced, personalized and inclusive user experience thanks to digitalization and innovation.

Through ACCIONA Energía’s Solutions website, customers can explore the company’s broad portfolio of energy services for households and businesses, including solar self-consumption solutions, energy storage systems, aerothermal heating and cooling, and electric vehicle charging points.

The new conversational assistant, powered by generative artificial intelligence, supports users throughout the entire journey of exploration, comparison and contracting, providing real-time guidance on services and personalized quotations in a simple and user-centric way.

The tool’s multimodal interface allows users to interact via both text and voice, improving accessibility and removing barriers to information. In addition, it operates in more than 90 languages, significantly expanding its reach and enabling it to serve users from any country, regardless of language.

With this new tool, ACCIONA Energía positions itself among the first companies in the sector to incorporate a generative AI-based commercial assistant, leveraging digitalization to encourage the adoption of clean energy solutions in a simple and accessible way for an increasingly diverse and global audience.
