A Technical Leader is a professional with exceptional technical knowledge in a key aspect of the business, capable of transforming this knowledge into high-value technical capabilities.

ACCIONA currently has 40 Technical Leaders across its different infrastructure areas, although this strategic group will be progressively enlarged in line with the needs of the business.

 

How to identify a Technical Leader?

A Technical Leader must combine a series of attitudes and skills that make him or her a candidate for this group. It is important that these professionals, who must have a global profile, have a high level of knowledge both inside and outside of ACCIONA. Furthermore, it is essential that they maintain a collaborative attitude, contributing to the transmission, development and growth of his or her specialist areas of knowledge.

Lecturing in universities or business schools; participation in external forums; and authoring articles for the specialist media are just some of the other qualities that are highly valued when selecting ACCIONA’s Technical Leaders.
