- ACCIONA is sponsoring the Water Forum of the WFES through its Water Division and will have an exhibition space where it will make a presentation on the digitalization of the sector and the remote maintenance of water infrastructures.
ACCIONA, represented by its Water Division, will participate in the World Future Energy Summit 2022 held in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) from 17 to 19 January 2022.
The company will have an exhibition area in the Water Expo & Forum on stand 3132 (Hall 3). This will give visitors the opportunity to get to know the projects it has been working on over the last year in the sector, and particularly in the area of desalination, a field in which ACCIONA is the leading player in the Middle East.
ACCIONA will take part in the conference programme of the event together with other world leaders in the water sector, to analyse the main challenges faced by the sector and the best ways to ensure sustainable water supplies through the use of new digital tools.
Jesús Sancho, Middle East Director General of ACCIONA, will explain, through a case study, how automation offers major improvements in plant operation in the panel titled “Remote monitoring of plants” on Wednesday 19 January at 10:50 (local time) in Hall 4.
The World Future Energy Summit is one of the main events on B2B sustainability, and the leader in this segment in the Middle East. It is a platform and a meeting point for governments and companies to debate the challenges faced by the water sector in arid regions and to discuss cutting-edge solutions to address these challenges together.
During the Congress a wide range of technical sessions will be organised: presentations, round tables, workshops and interactive sessions featuring the major stakeholders in the world water sector.
