The generation and use of energy accounts for 74 % of total greenhouse gas emissions in the world. This activity is the largest contributor to global warming. Investment in renewable energy, energy efficiency and other low-carbon technologies will continue to be essential to meet the emerging needs of humanity and to minimize their negative impact on the environment.

The services business of ACCIONA maintains the 18 hollows and the training course of the Vallromanes Golf Club, with an expert team and state-of-the art machinery.
Various improvements have been made to the golf course and especially to the structure of the land. The team of arborists performs pollarding and sanitation work, providing a vegetation horizon with examples of Mediterranean species.
ACCIONA applies specific environmental and quality procedures, with its own sustainable golf course model, which respects biodiversity and includes zero waste products.
