Design and construction of the high-speed urban train in San Juan, running from Rio Bayamón via Centro Médico to Villa Nevarez and Hato Rey.

The high-speed rail line comprises of 3.65 km of single track and 5 km of double-track precast segmental viaducts. These were constructed with launching truss system and the balanced cantilever method. The system includes 3.7 km of double track at ground level, 8 elevated stations and 2 ground-level stations.
