ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team across key renewable energy sites in Texas North. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-performing operations, managing teams, contractors, and service providers in alignment with industry standards.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regional O&M activities to enhance safety, reliability, and equipment availability

  • Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards

  • Manage staffing, training, and development for technicians and support teams

  • Optimize workforce performance through strategic leadership

  • Control budget and manage vendor contracts for operational efficiency

  • Support root cause analysis, KPI reporting, and process improvements

  • Serve as the primary contact for landowners, contractors, and external stakeholders

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all levels

Required Skills and Competencies

About you:

  • 10–15 years of experience leading operations and maintenance (O&M) for large teams and multi-site renewable energy facilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degrees and P.E. certification preferred

  • Excellent decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Experience with J.D. Edwards and Maximo enterprise asset management systems is a plus

  • Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments

  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred

  • Pay range: $130,000 – $155,000, based on experience and skillset

  • 20% annual performance bonus based on individual performance and company metrics.
