ACCIONA Real Estate is exhibiting at the latest edition of the Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA), which is being held in the IFEMA exhibition centre from 31 May to 3 June; the company has a large stand and offers the visitors the chance to explore some of its most outstanding developments using virtual reality. The company is also presenting its forthcoming developments: Avenida de Burgos, Méndez Álvaro and Jardines del Ensanche, in Madrid; Estrella de Mar, in Marbella; and Costa Ballena, in Cádiz, which will go on sale in the next few months.
ACCIONA Real Estate will bring more than 3,600 homes to the market in 2018: 2,450 in Spain alone, plus more than 1,150 in Mexico and Poland.
This year, ACCIONA has a very innovative stand at SIMA, which will turn the experience of house hunting into an immersive 3D experience for visitors. Using special virtual-reality glasses, the visitor can explore all the rooms in a home and tour many of ACCIONA's developments, such as Puerto Blanco, Méndez Álvaro, Avenida de Burgos and Torre Lúgano. Visitors can also see a hologram of the Méndez Álvaro project, which will detail the factors underlying its BREEAM sustainability certification.
ACCIONA Real Estate has its own app offering virtual visits and augmented reality views of its developments, together with a home configurator to enable customers to customise the quality and materials in their future home. Other innovations include a multi-device digital signature system to manage contractual documents with customers; domotics and intelligent devices to control the home's installations; project development using BIM methodology; the use of 3-D printed elements in the common areas of the developments; and renewable energy supplied by ACCIONA Green Energy for building's common services and for households.
In its new developments, ACCIONA Real Estate is installing lockers, controlled by a mobile app, for receiving package deliveries. The company can also arrange for utility services (electricity, water, gas, phone, alarm, etc.) on customers' behalf, which conveniently avoids the related paperwork.
All of ACCIONA's new-build developments are certified to BREEAM, the world's leading sustainable building standard, and have A or B energy certification (the levels that the highest comfort and energy saving). Some flagship projects also have near-zero energy consumption and advanced climate control solutions: geothermal, air-source heat pumps, underfloor heating, etc.
The company is currently working on a number of developments in Spain, including notably Adelfas and Ensanche, in Madrid; Avenida del Puerto, in Valencia; Via Parque, in Alicante; Puerto Blanco, in Estepona; Lezkairu, in Pamplona; Condes de Aragón and Marqués de la Cadena, in Zaragoza; Nou Parc, in Granollers (Barcelona) and Torre Lúgano, in Benidorm. With 30 years' experience in the industry, ACCIONA Real Estate is one of Spain's leading residential property developers and operators, having developed over 9,000 homes to date throughout Spain and in Portugal, Poland and Mexico.
