ACCIONA set up its office in Brazil in 1996. It has developed important infrastructure projects for public and private clients in the country. It is present in the South, South-East and North-East regions, with its headquarters in São Paulo and offices in Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, Bahia, Fortaleza (Ceará), Curitiba (Paraná) and Novo Hamburg (Rio Grande do Sul).

With a presence in 12 countries, Latin America is one of the key markets on which ACCIONA is currently focused, especially in countries such as Brazil, where it recently signed the concession contract for the construction of Line 6 of the Sao Paulo metro, and Chile.

Brazil
Chile
ACCIONA's presence in Chile dates back to 1993. It is one of the company's strategic markets in South America. It actively participates in the public and private infrastructure sectors. It also provides innovative solutions in energy and water desalination.
Costa Rica
ACCIONA has been present in Costa Rica since 2012 with two of its main lines of business: Water and Energy.
Ecuador
ACCIONA opened an office in Ecuador in 2012, where it has construction and water projects.
Nicaragua
ACCIONA has been operating in Nicaragua since 2015 where it has worked on several projects to build drinking water treatment plants and to improve and expand drinking water systems.
PARAGUAY
ACCIONA está presente desde 2015 cuando se le adjudicó la instalación de sistemas de información para el control de la producción y distribución de agua potable en Asunción y su área metropolitana.
Peru
ACCIONA carried out its first project in Peru in 1974, when it participated in a hydroelectric and irrigation project in the Majes-Arequipa Valley.
Panama
It started its activity in Panama in 2013 and today has completed over 5 major projects. In addition, it is developing one of the most important road projects in the country: the rehabilitation of the Pan-American Highway, section: Bridge of the Americas – Arraiján. It consists of the construction of a road of almost 12 km that will provide a mobility solution to the residents of the province of Panama West.
Dominican Republic
ACCIONA has also been operating in the Dominican Republic since 2009.
