ACCIONA and its wholly-owned subsidiary Finanzas Dos executed on June 25th in favour of Enel Energy Europe, S.L. (EEE) the transmission of 25.01% of Endesa’s share capital, pursuant to the purchase and assets transmission agreement reached by Enel Spa, EEE, ACCIONA, Finanzas Dos and Endesa on February 20th 2009.

Additionally, as stated in the contract, Endesa transmitted to ACCIONA on the same date certain wind and hydro assets in Spain and Portugal.
