ACCIONA Infrastructures is the longest standing company in the ACCIONA Group, founded in 1850 and well-established in Spain. On an international level, it is firmly established in strategic markets and has developed and participated in some of the most significant projects of the last 50 years. ACCIONA Infrastructures was a pioneer in the public and private co-financing of infrastructures, constructing motorways, tunnels and railways under concession, and adding the hospital concession in 1980.
