The Project & Opportunity:
Acciona has been awarded the Design & Construct contract for the Singleton Bypass. This major project will see construction of 8km of single lane highway with approximately 2.5 km of bridge structures and upgrades to local intersections. This diverse and challenging project has a 2 year construction program ensuring longevity in your role and presenting opportunities to grow within the business.
For this project, we are looking for a Site Administrator to organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety within the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, monitor progress of correspondence, mail distribution, photocopying, binding, raising purchase orders, creation of documents and filing where required
Organise team building events as required
Coordinate priorities and monitor progression of correspondence, files and enquiries received
Maintain an effective, efficient and clean office and communal areas; ordering stationary and kitchen supplies when necessary
Maintain confidential requirements/records
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient service and deliveries
Required Skills and Competencies
Ability to cope with competing demands. A proactive and flexible approach and able to be relied upon
Able to draft written correspondence and communications to management teams
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management and internal staff
