The Opportunity
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate HR Advisor to join our Victorian regional team, reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager. In this influential role, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while also leading the delivery of key HR initiatives and programs across the region.
This is a great chance to make a real impact—both on a dedicated project and through broader regional initiatives that shape our people experience.
Key responsibilities:
Provide practical advice to People Managers on HR policies, performance management and employee relations, ensuring confident handling of grievances and performance issues.
Support workforce planning, capability development, and organisational design.
Partner with project teams to deliver consistent HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Drive the implementation of performance, talent, and reward frameworks aligned with organisational goals, while offering guidance on cyclical HR processes and benchmarking.
Deliver operational HR support across of the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices.
Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives, and coordinate regional programs including the annual Graduate Program.
Assist with change management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
Required Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related discipline.
Proven capability in an HR role within a large matrixed organisation and advisor skills.
Solid understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and workforce planning
Service orientated and ability to navigate complexity
Experience in supporting HR initiatives in a project-based or industrial environment is a plus
Experience using Workday highly advantageous and strong MS Office suite skills
