> ACCIONA is a global company that develops and manages regenerative infrastructure and renewable energy, with operations in more than 60 countries. It is listed on the Spanish stock exchange and forms part of the IBEX 35 under the ticker ANA. ## About ACCIONA

ACCIONA develops, builds, operates and maintains renewable energy plants, water treatment and desalination facilities, transport and social infrastructure, urban services and real estate developments. The company works across the entire value chain, from design and financing to construction, operation and long-term ownership, with the stated aim of leading the transition to a low-carbon economy.

The group traces its origins to MZOV, founded in 1862, and to Entrecanales y Távora, founded on 11 March 1931. ACCIONA was formed in 1997 through the merger of Entrecanales y Távora and Cubiertas y MZOV, and the ACCIONA brand was launched in 2004. The company is chaired by José Manuel Entrecanales Domecq, the third generation of the founding family, and its headquarters are in Madrid, Spain.
