Online training
Virtual training is structured the same way. ACCIONA's Virtual Campus offers general sustainability content. However, training in sustainability issues is particularly intense in our executive training modules.
MBA in Sustainable Economics
ACCIONA has developed an MBA in Sustainable Economics for its
managers and junior managers. With this degree, we want to train
the management team on priority areas for 67 ACCIONA's business
plans. Thus, the MBA is about sustainable growth patterns,
encouraging quality employment, equal opportunities and social
cohesion, respect for the environment and wise use of
resources.

As far as safety is concerned, ACCIONA wants to send a very clear message to its team: "No matter where we are, we are all ACCIONA. Safety is everyone's business and we are to help ensure it." Safety management in ACCIONA supports this assertion.

ACCIONA has a 2010-2012 Plan for the Prevention of Occupational Hazards which seeks to reduce the accident rate in recent years with a special focus on the international area of the company and the promotion of occupational health.

The company's Institute of Occupational Health and Safety in 2010 gave a total of 89,674 hours of training in prevention of occupational hazards.
