The agreement was presented in Madrid, in a Franco-Spanish seminar on renewable energy sources.
The first consequence of the agreement will be a 12 MWp plant in Ardèche (Rhône-Alpes). It will have higher capacity than all those currently operational in France.
ACCIONA will provide the technical consultancy, construction, operation and maintenance of the plant, developed and operated by Dhamma Energy in Francia.
