ACCIONA finalizes its early exit from Endesa and its acquisition of the utility' s renewable energy assets

ACCIONA sells its 25.01% stake in Endesa at a final price of nearly 9.63 billion euros.
The Company will acquire renewable energy assets with an installed capacity of 2,080 MW, valued at nearly 2.85 billion euros.
ACCIONA to double the capacity of the Adelaide (Australia) desalination plant

The plant's daily production capacity will rise to 300,000 cubic metres, making it the world's largest desal project.
The signing of the contract by AdelaidAqua coincides with the official visit of the King and Queen of Spain, who were accompanied by ACCIONA Chairman & CEO, José Manuel Entrecanales, and other businessmen.
Mr. Entrecanales' trip to Australia is part of ACCIONA's strategic project of worldwide development and is aimed at enhancing the Company's presence in the country.
ACCIONA inaugurates a 123 MW windpark in Oklahoma (USA)

ACCIONA Agua wins four new water management contracts in Spain

ACCIONA Agua will take on the operation and maintenance of Seville’s main water treatment plant, the wastewater services for Calatayud (Zaragoza) and two desalination plants on the island of Grand Canary; and will manage the integrated water cycle for the city of Soria.
The contracts, which come to a total of 21.2 million euros, will enable ACCIONA Agua to deliver water services to a population equivalent of more than 1.5 million inhabitants.

The 61.5 MW Yeong Yang facility represents an investment of 100 million euros.
The park has forty-one 1.5 MW wind turbines manufactured with ACCIONA Windpower technology.

The General Manager of the Energy Division of ACCIONA spoke during the 1st National Congress on SMEs and the Environment, held in Navarra.
Morrás claimed that the required increase in investment –around 325,000 million euros up to 2030- would be offset by lower oil and gas imports.
He considers that "the energy transition is the best opportunity available to get out of the crisis".
