ENEL and ACCIONA announce the beginning of the acceptance period of the tender offer for Endesasī shares. (30/07/2007)
ENEL S.p.A. and Acciona S.A. announced today that the acceptance period of their joint tender offer for the entire share capital of Endesa, S.A. which began on July 30, 2007. The announced offer price is 40.16 euros per share in cash. The offer is expected to expire on October 1, 2007.
