Our commitment is to provide state of the art training for all professionals in the Group. Last year every employee received an average of 15 hours of training.
ACCIONA considers the development of its people as critical to the future success of the organisation. It is currently implementing an ambitious training initiative,The ACCIONA Corporate University. The ACCIONA Corporate University forms part of the training policy, and aims to make a significant contribution to the learning process, knowledge management and personal self-development.
It was initiated with the objective of creating a culture of continuous education, stimulating an atmosphere of learning which will drive the company as a whole to compete more effectively in its market.
It ranges from actions directed at top management, middle management and high flyers, to courses or cycles linked to Social Integration Programmes, including training at source, the employment of disabled persons, etc.
The ACCIONA Corporate University is backed by technological solutions including the Virtual Campus (e-learning platform) and its area of influence extends beyond ACCIONA through the Institute of Knowledge Management and Sector Faculties for each line of business. It also connects with universities, professional training colleges, associations etc. The Faculties main function is to manage training in the areas of technical and technological knowledge, and business processes.
