What does it consist of?

Two year programme including authorised work experience and specific training.

Tutored experience

• Tutor: You will be assigned a tutor responsible for guidance, training and development.
• Monitoring: Your tutor and Human Resources department will perform continuous evaluations to guarantee the success of the programme.
• Evaluation: We perform a final evaluation which allows us to plan your future to allow you to make the very best of the opportunities within ACCIONA.

Specific Training

You will receive technical, skill and business training during the two year course. In addition, you will have the opportunity to experience different locations as well as our different lines of business.

The programme is directed at:

2008 Graduates in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Quantity Surveying and Public Works Engineers.
