This approach is defined in the following Principles for Action:

This system is based on the processes of each company and aimed at the continuous improvement of our products and services, and priority for planning and initial prevention in order to avoid subsequent corrections.
• Consideration for the environmental aspects relating to our activity, throughout all stages of development, from the start to the end of the cycle, in order to minimise their impact on the environment and promote a careful use of resources at all times.
• Monitoring and control of the processes and activities using indicators, obtaining quantifiable information which leads to actions to improve our products, services and management processes.
• Meeting customer needs and expectations to achieve their satisfaction, and communicate the sense of not being mere suppliers, but rather partners in a joint project, operating at all times with absolute professionalism, ethics and transparency.
• Collaboration with suppliers, creating relations based on trust, loyalty, transparency, mutual respect and reciprocity and promoting their involvement in questions of the environment, quality and occupational risk prevention for common processes.
