ACCIONA, pioneers in the field of corporate communication.

Since the launch of its new unified identity, ACCIONA has launched creative and innovative advertising campaigns.

The objective of the 2005 advertising campaign was to launch our new ACCIONA brand and our strategic positioning: Pioneers in Development and Sustainability. The campaign was unique in both format and planning. For the first time in Spain all the advertisements in the leading newspapers were from a single advertiser: ACCIONA.

The campaign received the following awards:

  • EFI 2006, honoured, category MEDIA.
  • Ibero-American Advertising Festival (FIAP), Golden Sun (grand prix), category PRINT ACTION, and MEDIA INNOVATION .
  • Best advertising campaign at Spanish Periodical Publishing Association.
  • Best advertising campaign at Spain Advertising Media Association (AMPE), PRINT and TV.

Sostenibilidad.com, ACCIONA spearheads sustainable development

The "sostenibilidad.com" advertising campaign was revolutionary in the advertising sector.

ACCIONA and McCann Worldgroup designed a teaser campaign on television, print and internet, calling audience attention to reflect and create debates regarding the current development model. The campaign ended with a call to action to enter the website www.sostenibilidad.com.

The second phase of the campaign proposed a new approach for this model and presented educational information on sustainability and what ACCIONA had done to reach this goal.

This was another award winning ACCIONA campaign:

  • Ibero-American Advertising Festival (FIAP), Silver.
  • 18th APPE Awards, Best Spot and Best Art Direction.
  • Best Ads of the Year Awards (organized by Anuncios weekly magazine), shortlist.
  • Telecinco, 12 months, 12 causes Award, Best Spot on Social Awareness.

In June, 2007, this campaign was amongst material displayed at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía after receiving the prize for Excellence in Advertising in the museum’s Adverting Award.

Tomorrow, life will be better than today

ACCIONA launched a new campaign in June 1997, with a new media format - front and back covers of all quality news and financial newspapers in Spain.

For 50 days, ACCIONA undertook initiatives and projects under the heading, "Tomorrow, life will be better than today", to make this dream a reality.

ACCIONA, a brand that increases awareness of climate change

Research carried out by The Cocktail Analysis consulting company on consumer attitudes to global warming in Spain showed that ACCIONA has made the fourth largest contribution to the creation of awareness on climate change issues, and the third to environmental awareness.
